St. Louis, Missouri, Nov 13, 2017 – Carboline is pleased to announce the recent expansion in Thailand with the signed license agreement with Dimet Siam. While new to the Carboline family, Dimet Siam is experienced in the protective coatings industry with over 35 years in business.

“Southeast Asia is an attractive region for Carboline, and we feel this expansion will serve an integral part in solidifying our role there," said Howard Combs, Vice President of International Sales with Carboline. "We believe that this additional manufacturing location is crucial to continue to grow our presence in Southeast Asia."

Carboline is very happy to have them as the newest member of the family and the fact that they have already started manufacturing Carboline products. Carboline US staff members have been working with the Dimet Siam team over the past few months to help them begin the manufacturing process. The team has also been working closely with the global purchasing members at Carboline to take advantage of the raw material sourcing options.
